Application
There is an application fee so that the association can check the background of all residents over the age of 18.
Parking Pass
All associations require PARKING DECALS affixed to the back window of registered vehicle. We require copy of vehicle registration card matching approved resident. For additional replacement fees inquire within.
Guest Pass
Only one Guest Pass is provided to each unit. If lost, please email the office CS@INGMGI.COM. Certain
associations charge a fee of $100 to replace the pass and others do not.
Pool Keys
Every resident is provided with a pool key at time of move-in. A replacement is $50.00
